1. The non-woven substrate double-sided adhesive has good adhesion and processability, generally long-term temperature resistance 70-80°C, short-term temperature resistance 100-120°C, thickness generally 0.08-0.15MM, suitable for nameplates, plastic stickers He, automobiles, mobile phones, electrical appliances, sponge, rubber, signs, paper products, toys and other industries, home appliances and electronic equipment parts assembly, display lenses.
2. The baseless double-sided tape has excellent adhesion effect, can prevent falling off and excellent waterproof performance, good processability, good temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistance 204-230 ℃, generally long-term temperature resistance 120-145 ℃, The thickness is generally 0.05-0.13MM, suitable for bonding nameplates, panels, and decorative parts. 3. The PET substrate double-sided adhesive has good temperature resistance and strong shear resistance, generally long-term temperature resistance of 100-125℃, short-term temperature resistance of 150-200℃, thickness generally 0.048-0.2MM, suitable for nameplates, LCD , Adornment, bonding of decorative parts.
4. Foam substrate double-sided adhesive has softness, good stickiness, good initial tack and stickiness, good solvent resistance and UV resistance. The general thickness is 0.4-1.0MM, short-term temperature resistance 130-150℃, long-term resistance The temperature is 80-93℃, suitable for bonding air conditioners, office furniture, and communication products. It can replace the screw fixing design to make the product more beautiful.
5. The hot melt adhesive film has good consistency and uniform bonding thickness, does not contain solvents, is easy to process, and has good adhesion to many objects. The thickness is 0.1MM, the color is translucent/amber, hot melt The softening temperature is 116-123°C. Suitable for bonding nameplates, plastics, and hardware; bonding on uneven surfaces can also achieve good results. The recommended initial bonding conditions are: temperature 132-138°C, bonding time 1-2 seconds, pressure 10 -20 pounds per square inch.
3M double-sided adhesive needs to operate in the following ways when bonding to obtain an enhanced bonding effect:
1. The adhesive surface must be cleaned and dried first. Generally, it is recommended to dip a cloth with a mixture of 1:1 IPA (isopropanol) and water to clean the surface and wait until the surface is completely dry.
2. After the cleaning solvent is dried, stick the tape on the adhesive surface, and apply a pressure of about 15 PSI (1.05 kg/cm²) with a roller or other means to make it effective.
3. Tear off the release paper of the tape, and then paste the material to be bonded, and apply 15PSI pressure to make it fit effectively. If you need to remove air bubbles, you should increase the pressure, and the upper limit of the item can withstand.
4. The ideal temperature for pasting is 15-38℃, not lower than 10℃.
5. When adhesive tape is attached, one end should be attached first, and then slowly pressed to the other end to reduce the chance of air bubbles.
3M double-sided adhesive storage suitable environment requirements: temperature is 19-23℃, humidity is 40-60%.
